If after purchasing your plants or bulbs you notice the exact same variety and pack size offered at a cheaper price in a competitor catalogue, we'll give you double the difference in Thompson & Morgan vouchers.

When making a claim, please provide the following details to enable us to verify the challenge to our Price Promise:

Plant or bulb genus/species (eg busy Lizzie)

Variety (eg 'Accent' Mixed)

Size of plant or bulb (eg plant supplied as a tray of plugs size 6-10cm; bulb size 14/16)

Quantity of plants/bulbs per pack
